Host a Bring Them In Training Event

2012 marks our 37th year of ministry and during those years we have trained thousands of Children’s Ministry leaders in hundreds of churches through our conferences and seminars. God has allowed us to be in 35 states and we think we have made a difference in helping churches reach and teach kids.

You know that trained Children’s Ministry workers are:

  • More confident
  • Better prepared and equipped to teach
  • Happier
  • Less likely to quit
  • More excited

It just makes sense to provide good training for your Children’s Ministry leaders.

In a recent BTI online survey with over 700 children’s ministry leaders, over half reported, “We do not do much training.” It is no wonder that our churches are not reaching children and their families any better than we are.

BTI Training Events are a proven way for you to not only provide your leaders with lots of how-tos and new ideas, it gives them a much needed shot-in-the-arm to keep them excited about their ministry.

A BTI Children’s Ministry Conference is an all-day Saturday multi-speaker event and our Maximizing Your Ministry Seminars are a shorter event where Dr. Larry Hipps is the only speaker. Both can be customized for your church and both have been established through the years to really work. Just click on the links below for an information sheet to provide you with the basic details on hosting a training event.

One of the best things about being a host church is that it is a very inexpensive way to give your Children’s Ministry workers top-notch training. Most churches can host a Training Event for less than $500. Your leaders attend without any charge and, since it is at their own church, they are much more likely to attend.

Please read through the material and let us know if you have any questions. If you are interested, contact us quickly to lock in your preferred date. That is especially true if you want to have a conference—there are just so many Saturdays available. If you want to have a seminar, there is a little more flexibility with the dates, but if you would like a Saturday seminar, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
