IBMA Bus Ministry Conference

 

 

 

We are excited to be sponsoring the new IBMA Bus Conference and we want to invite every church that has a Bus/Van Ministry to join us for a great three days for this unique Bus Ministry event.

 

 

 

10 Reasons to make sure all your Bus Ministry workers are there:

1. It’s new and difference - we can promise this won’t be your usual Bus Ministry Conference. You will leave with new methods and ideas, a new philosophy, and a new excitement about reaching families with your bus or van.

2. It’s inexpensive - you can bring all your workers and not break your budget. It’s only $35 per person if your church is a IBMA member. (Only $10 more if your church is not a member.)

3. It includes your meals - breakfast, lunch & dinner on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday. (Yum-Yum!)

4. There will be lots of Bus Ministry resource material to help your ministry be the best it can be.

Dates: March 28 – 30, 2011

Location: LifeWay’s Ridgecrest Conference Center, Ridgecrest, NC (just outside Asheville)

Accommodations: Rooms are not included in the registration price but are available at the conference center for $60 a night. You can view the accommodations at Ridgecrest online at the link above. Call 800-588-7222 for reservations - be sure to ask for the IBMA Bus Conference rate. (There is a Super 8 Motel about 2 miles from the conference center with slightly lower rates, if you would like to stay there.)

Times: 6:30 pm Monday through 11:00 am Wednesday

Cost: $35.00 per person for IBMA Members

$45.00 per person for non-IBMA Members

Add $10.00 per person after January 31, 2011

Registration Includes: Four meals (B,L,D Tuesday & B Wednesday) and the entire conference.
