Why I Joined God’s Go Team
Testimonies: Why I’m on “God’s Go Team”
Here’s the reason people ride the BTI “bus” and help us by being a part of “God’s Go Team.
For many years, I have felt the importance of reaching families by first reaching the children. “Bring Them In” is one of the best tools for training people to accomplish this goal. That is why I am on the “BTI Team.”

I was on the first bus load of “God’s Go Team..” I joined because I wanted to be a part of a ministry that shared a heart to reach boys and girls with the message of Christ. Through the years of being a part of this ministry I have become even more committed to their support, as I have witnessed first hand Brother Larry’s passion for the cause of Christ especially in Children’s Ministry. There is simply not another ministry like this in this country. From the standpoint of a pastor let me say this, no other para-church ministry devotes more of its time and resources to helping local churches, staff, and especially volunteers do the work of fulfilling the Great Commission with kids. How can I not be a part of that kind of ministry?
- Danny, Georgia
We support Bring Them In because we know the love for children Bro. Larry has. He wants them ALL to know Christ and His love.

As a young kid I lived two blocks from a church with buses. Not once did anyone knock on my door. We need to train workers to reach as many people as possible for Jesus. I’m glad to have a small part in this ministry.
- Mark, Ohio
Your ministry is showing us many new and exciting ways to make teaching God’s Word fun for the teachers as well as the children. Thanks for answering God’s call in your life.
- Dorothy, Texas
I am one of the old timers in the Bus Ministry so I remember when “God’s Go Team” started at a Bring Them In National Conference in Memphis, TN. I was not financially able to sign on at first but shortly thereafter I joined “God’s Go Team.” I have been a faithful member of “God’s Go Team” for many years. Twelve years ago when the Freedom Baptist Church began and the congregation called me to be their pastor, one of the first things we did as a church was to start supporting missionaries. One the first missionaries that we took on was the Bring Them In Ministry in the form of “God’s Go Team.” Many of the church members know Brother Larry Hipps and the work that he does in reaching people with gospel. The Freedom Baptist Church send “God’s Go Team” a check every month just as we do the missionaries in Africa, the Philippines, Australia, France, Russia, and all the other foreign missionaries. I know for sure that the monthly that is sent to “God’s Go Team” is spent for the salvation of souls. There is no greater missionary field in the world than that of the boys and girls and men and women that are reached for Christ through the Bus Ministry. I thank God for Brother Larry and the labor of love that he does for the Bus and Children’s Ministries across the nation and ever over seas. Not only is the church that I pastor a member of “God’s Go Team,” but I am personally a member of “God’s Go Team.” One of the first checks I write each month is for “God’s Go Team.” I have found a good way to invest in souls and I am faithful every month to send that check. I love Brother Larry, Cathy and the kids. I have received a Christmas card from the Hipps since the children were little and watched them grow up. Larry is a dear brother and I thank God for him. He has been faithful and at times when the load has gotten real heavy. He has trusted God to shoulder the burden for him. God bless “God’s Go Team!”
- Pastor Gary Garland, Freedom Baptist Church, Bristol, VA/TN
Fact—Children are the future.
Fact—Jesus loved the little children.
Fact—Most people accept Christ as their Savior at 15 years old or younger. It’s a no brainier why we are on “God’s Go Team.”
- Rick and Barbara, Arkansas
We believe in the Bus and Children’s Ministry is the greatest outreach churches have. Today’s churches have lost their hearts for children. We support BTI and Larry Hipps to rekindle that fire.

Making a Difference
We have made a difference in so many churches over the years and for that we are thankful.
Bring Them In is a ministry dedicated to helping those in the Children’s Ministry of the local church. Our goal is to provide resources and educational events to help churches reach boys and girls and their parents for Christ. We have been doing this for the 30+ years since Larry Hipps has headed up this ministry.
